    We recognize the importance of having the flavor tamales available for you but at times we sell out prior to closing.  


    We work hard daily to have a variety of tamale flavors available for you, but at times we do run out of a variety of choices before closing. 

    Our online opens at 6am daily please go online and reserve your flavors for your designated time of pick up. 

    Quantities available online are for same day pickup only!


    Please Pre-order your flavor tamales at least 24-48 in advance for large quantities or catering packages this will ensure that you get the flavors that you want for all your luncheons, parties & celebrations, we are dedicated to fulfilling your order. 


    We strive to meet the high demand daily and process all the pre-orders with priority.

          Bringing the Flavors of My State "New Mexico" to the Pacific Northwest. An Amazing Tamale Experience as well as other New Mexico Hatch Chile Entree's. We are a local small-batch company providing top-quality tamales and dedicated to unparalleled customer service.
        Our tamales are lard, shortening and gluten-free – all handmade from scratch! We do not use large machinery. Just good ol' fashioned elbow grease!
        We believe handmade is the BEST and the ONLY way to GENEROUSLY fill our tamales! We know you love our masa ... and do not skimp on the fillings!
        We look forward to serving you our goodness in a variety of flavors, Pork, Chicken Vegetarian & Vegan
        We have a lovely menu and 95% of our menu is available in Vegan! Enjoy
